West Herts College

Bramhall Town Planning, working with architects and masterplanners at IBI Group, have prepared and submitted a planning application for West Herts College.

The application sought the demolition of the college and redevelopment for up to 65 new apartments. The site is located in Kings Langley within Three Rivers District Council.

Bramhall Town Planning provided planning strategy advice, and in relation to the community consultation and engagement.

Following a 6-month determination period, the application was recommended for approval and approved at planning committee in January 2019.

The funds generated from the development will enable the relocation of the college and delivery of new facilities.
