CAROL CLARKE
Managing Director
Carol Clarke is a Chartered Town Planner with over 16 years consultancy and client side experience in brownfield, greenfield and Green Belt land. Most recently Head of Planning for the largest private landowner in Cheshire East, her significant experience includes home extensions, barn conversions, major residential employment and leisure uses.
Bramhall Town Planning has been formed to meet the growing need for bespoke private planning and development advice to landowners, businesses and individual property owners.
Our target is to add value to your scheme, by identifying creative and compelling methods of applying the planning system to meet business' or individual's needs, through knowledge, experience and negotiation. We welcome the opportunity to work with clients where design is as important as the end value.
Carol is also AssocRiCs qualified, a respected and experienced professional speaker on Planning Insights and has been elected as a RTPI Assessor, an honor by the Insitute to assess the quality and grade of new Town Planning Graduates.
We work across the North West (and nationally if requested) and can assist as much or as little as you like.
From Bramhall, we are well placed to access all of the following areas: Stockport, Cheshire East, Cheshire West and Chester, Manchester, Bolton, Warrington, Wigan, West Lancashire, Fylde, Knowsley, Blackpool, Cumbria, Halton, St. Helens, Tameside, Trafford, Oldham and Rochdale.
We pride ourselves on our reputation and professional integrity and as such we have developed excellent relationships with senior officers and Councillors in many of the North West authorities.
