44-Apartment Scheme Approved

Planning Permission Granted for a new 44 apartment scheme in Cheshire

Bramhall Town Planning have secured planning permission for Selyor Properties, on land adjoining the River Dane in Congleton, Cheshire.

The scheme received a unanimous approval at Cheshire East Northern Planning Committee.

The scheme comprises a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, on-site car parking and landscaping. In addition, 30% of the new apartments will be provided as affordable homes.
