Bramhall Town Planning has submitted an amendment to a residential planning permission, in the heart of Chester, for Stamacher Estates Ltd. The permission, which was inherited by Stamacher Estates Ltd, allows the delivery of nine new 3-storey mews properties. It was identified that the current planning permission, following a detailed cost analysis, was simply not deliverable. A detailed appraisal by Bramhall Town Planning identified a revised scheme option, providing alterna
