Bramhall Town Planning, acting on behalf of a private client, led the submission of a planning application for a superb new 4-bedroom attached dwelling in the heart of Chorlton Manchester.

Despite some local opposition to the scheme, officers agreed with the appropriateness of the application and determined it within the requisite 8 weeks.

Construction is due to start following the discharge of pre-commencement conditions.
