An Oasis in Chester


Bramhall Town Planning has submitted an amendment to a residential planning permission, in the heart of Chester, for Stamacher Estates Ltd. The permission, which was inherited by Stamacher Estates Ltd, allows the delivery of nine new 3-storey mews properties.

It was identified that the current planning permission, following a detailed cost analysis, was simply not deliverable.

A detailed appraisal by Bramhall Town Planning identified a revised scheme option, providing alternative access solutions, new utility rooms and garden areas and allows for reduced costs and delivery of the scheme, increases the floor area of the 9 town houses and provides much greater, marketable living space for the future residents. Each home now also has their own private garden space. Pre-application engagement was undertaken by Bramhall Town Planning with officers prior to the planning application submission.
