Planning Approval for Green Belt Development - Thorn Works, Stockport

Working on behalf of QE Design, Bramhall Town Planning led the submission of a planning application to convert the former mill at Thorn Works, Woodley, Stockport, from a derelict former mill building to a high quality attractive development of 12 apartments

In particular, key consideration was given to the Green Belt status of the site and the locally listed nature of the site.

Unanimous resolution to grant was provided by the Planning and Highways Regulations Committee of Stockport in August 2020.

A S106 agreement will be signed and the Decision Notice will be issued.
