Permission in Principle submitted

Bramhall Town Planning are pleased to submit an application, on behalf of Williams Boyle Luxury Homes, for a Permission in Principle (PiP) for up to nine new family homes to Hyndburn Council. The delivery on homes on this site will regenerate a redundant former children’s play area and wasteland within the settlement boundary.

The PiP route is a more straight forward route to allow a developer to secure the Principle acceptability of development on the site before engaging all technical consultants (and cost) on the wider matters to be addressed. Development cannot be built on receipt of a PiP as it is a two-stage process, once received an application then seeks technical Details Consent (TDC). Then (subject to any conditions) development can commence.
