planning permission granted at yeovil hospital

Bramhall Town Planning are pleased to report that planning permission has been granted for the new build construction of a modular day-theatre building at Yeovil Hospital.

The application was submitted for MTX Contracts. Bramhall Town Planning led and negotiated the planning application and were supported by a range of technical consultants.

The application followed a proactive engagement at pre-application stage with the borough council and a pre-application community consultation process, to which no objection were received. The application was determined swiftly by the council without pre-commencement conditions to allow immediate onside construction.
