Property networking - is it for you?

Carol Clarke, of Bramhall Town Planning, was invited to contribute to join the expert panel at the PPN South Manchester and Cheshire property meeting this month.

Around 30 investors, developers and service providers attended the meeting to hear insights from:

Peter Barker on Lettings and marketing,

Carol Clarke on planning gain opportunities available through the planning system,

Richard Ignatowicz on the latest developments in the mortgage market,

Cathy Dean on serviced accommodation and social media opportunities, and

Steve Bower on refurbishments and running projects.

There was at great atmosphere in the room with the wealth of knowledge sharing and business card exchange taking place - many staying late into the night networking in the bar.
