Planning Application submitted for 44 apartments - banks of the River Dane.

Bramhall Town Planning have co-ordinated and submitted a comprehensive full planning application for 44 apartments on the banks of the River Dane in Congleton.

The application is on behalf of the landowner Selyor Properties Ltd and was supported by VWB Architect, Mode Transport, Ascerta and Lees Roxburough.

A decision is expected late Spring.
