Swimming Pool and gym leisure suite at a Locally Listed property Alderley Edge Cheshire.

Working with PLG Design, Bramhall Town Planning has secured planning permission for a substantial new leisure suite within the grounds of a locally listed building and extensions to the home in the heart of the Alderley Edge Conservation Area.

Bramhall Town Planning worked proactively with the planning and Conservation Officers of Cheshire East Council to reach a positive conclusion and the issue of planning permission.

The build on site has begun.
