Bramhall Town Planning acting coordinated and submitted a change of use planning application from office to a seven person high quality co-living accommodation.
The case required Bramhall town Planning to liaise significantly with officers over the loss of the existing commercial building and demonstrate significant material considerations, resolution was settled at a six person occupation.
Bramhall Town Planning put in place a strategy to enable the smoothest application process and negotiated with the planning officer to determination.
Due to a number of residents, ward Councillor and MP objections, the application was approved by Tameside Council at planning Committee.
