This is an incredible example of regeneration in the rural area ✅

I'm thrilled to have submitted an application in the Midlands for our client working with an incredible team of technical consultants and a superior design by Jeff Smith of Jeffrey Jordan.

This is for the demolition 🧱 and redevelopment of a rural site to deliver small scale employment light industrial workshops and office space for local business.

On the face of it this site as existing looks brownfield and to all intents and purposes it is, but as a former agricultural site in the planning system it is classed as greenfield, an aspect I would like to see changed in the NPPF! 👍🏻

There is a huge lack of quality employment floorspace in the rural area and as such a huge demand and new developments needed to meet this demand, this evidence has been submitted as part of our planning application.

Delivering in the rural area can be challenging 🦾 but this development combats these challenges through intuitive design and will make a massive contribution to the environment through

✅ target BREEAM Excellent

✅ 55% carbon reduction

✅ Increase in biodiversity delivered with habitat provision increasing by more than 51%

✅ new pond, retained trees and enhanced landscaping
