New Homes in Wigan’s Conservation Area approved

Bramhall Town Planning are pleased to have worked with private clients to obtain planning permission for the conversion of a beautiful Victorian building in Wigan into 4 self-contained flats. As the building has been vacant for over a decade, significant investment will be needed but it will be beautiful when complete and delivering new homes to the area.
