Bramhall Town Planning were pleased to lead a full Planning Application and Listed Building Consent submission, for private clients, for a Listed Building Conversion of a former children’s’ day nursery to a 10-bedroom Co-living Accommodation.
The application was supported by drawings prepared by Mark Gordon Design + Associates.
The building has been vacant for more than seven years and subject to persistent vandalism and continued degradation of internal heritage features . The regeneration of the building will allow for the high quality provision of 10 en-suite rooms for professionals in the area.
