New legislation comes into force today that provides greater flexibility for Agriculture to Residential conversions.
AGRICULTURAL TO RESIDENTIAL
The key changes to the PD Rights (Class Q) include:
Must have been part of an agri unit prior to 24.07.23;
Change of use to up to 10 dwellings;
Up to a total of 1,000 sq.m can change to C3;
The maximum size of any dwelling is now 150 sq.m
Extensions are now allowed - subject to conditions.
