Regeneration and Change of use of a Former Public House Salford

Bramhall Town Planning have led the preparation and submission of a planning application for the comprehensive change of use of the former Britannia Public House in Salford:

Proposed conversion of a former public house to a mixed-use, comprising a 9-bedroom co-living accommodation with ancillary office (sui generis) and studio flat (use class C3), with access, associated external elevation alterations, infrastructure works and landscaping.

The application site is located within the urban area of Salford, it has been closed, vacant and essentially derelict for some seven years and due to neglect has fallen into a state of severe disrepair.

The application presents an enviable opportunity to turn this building into a prized possession of the high street once again.
