Sourced Training Day

Carol, Clarke of Bramhall Town Planning, was invited back by Sourced to give an updated commercial conversional and town planning training day to Sourced Franchisee Directors.

The day included some 6 hours of valuable content on routes through the planning system for commercial conversions, utilising permitted development and prior approval opportunities and requirements when a planning application needs to be submitted.

In addition Carol shared opportunities for property and land sourcing, allowing franchisee Directors to set them selves apart from others in the property market sourcing valuable commercial building and land deals.
