Planning Appeal Allowed in Stockport!

Bramhall Town Planning represented private clients, acting on a planning appeal for the demolition of a bungalow and redevelopment for four 3-bedroom town houses.

The reason for refusal by the local Planning Authority centres on that it was a car-free development. The Inspectors agreed with the case presented and the highly sustainable nature of the site and its location and the adequacy of on street car parking in the vicinity.
