Bramhall Town Planning coordinated and submitted a change of use planning application from an office to an 11-person, high-quality, co-living accommodation in Oldham, on behalf of private landowners.

The case required Bramhall Town Planning to liaise significantly with officers over the intensification of the building and acceptability through technical considerations relating to access, HMO standards and detailed design.

Bramhall Town Planning put in place a strategy to enable the smoothest application process and negotiated with the planning officer to determination.

The application was approved under delegated powers.
